Payment & Booking Policy
If final payment is not completed, the booking may be canceled and previous payments may not be refundable.
- Flights may be secured before your final payment to lock in pricing.
- Full ticket access is released after final payment is completed.
Price-Honesty Guarantee (Keep the Savings)
If your ticket costs less than your chosen flight credit amount, we transfer the money back to you on the card on file for extra spending money, future travel, or upgrades.

Refund Policy
At Global Trek Travel, we aim to provide a simple and transparent payment experience.
- Before Your Flight Is Booked. You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial First payment for a full refund.
- After 7 days, refunds may be issued at 80% of the total amount paid, with 20% retained as a service fee.
After Your Flight Is Secured (Booked)
Once your flight has been secured on your behalf:
- All payments become non-refundable
- Your funds have been used to purchase and lock in your flight
- Your booking is tied to your selected travel details
Incomplete Payments After Booking
If your flight has been secured and you fail to complete your remaining payments:
- Your booking may be canceled
- Any payments made may be non-refundable
- Any remaining value may be subject to airline policies and fees
Flight Changes & Cancellations
After your ticket is issued:
- Any changes or cancellations are subject to the airline’s policies
- Global Trek Travel is not responsible for airline change fees or penalties
